ELECTROLAB, Inc. has been established by former R&D, manufacturing, & quality engineers in the Silicon Valley to meet the equipment demands of industry. Over the span of its existence, ELECTROLAB has positioned itself as a timely purveyor of quality refurbished test and measurement equipment to the industry. Our customer base spans the North American continent and also crosses the Pacific Ocean to the Far East and numbered amongst the ranks of these clients are many readily recognizable corporate names both in and out of the ranks of high technology. ELECTROLAB, in keeping with its own internal quality standards, deals only with the most reputable brands of test and measurement equipment. We at ELECTROLAB believe that we are performing a key service to the high tech industry by providing quality refurbished equipment at a reasonable cost to the users. By being able to furnish our clientele with equipment usually in the time frame of two weeks or less, we at ELECTROLAB also serve to minimize any costly delays to a company's schedules which may ensue from the lack of this equipment or from a firm's having to endure a prolonged period of wait for uneconomical new test and measurement to be manufactured and delivered to it by an OEM. In addition, we at ELECTROLAB believe that we are playing a special role to society by recycling quality equipment, thereby preempting the need to manufacture more unnecessary equipment that will lead to further pollution. Guaranteed Quality

These instruments have been manufactured with the strictest adherence to quality procedures at Hewlett Packard, Tektronix, etc. Their accuracy and precision have been designed into the equipment and can thus be easily maintained. Nevertheless, unless otherwise agreed to, ELECTROLAB furnishes its merchandise with a standard 5 day right of refusal for any reason and a 90 day warranty.

Our Prices

Prices quoted represent the best offer at the time of publication. Since ELECTROLAB specializes in refurbished test and measurement equipment it is subject to the whims of supply and demand so please be aware that prices do fluctuate with time. If the stated prices are more than 20 days old or you think that the prices may have changed recently, please check it out with us by phone, by FAX or by email.

The Warranty

All purchases from ELECTROLAB carry a 90-days parts and labor limited warranty after delivery. A purchased item may only be returned to ELECTROLAB with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. To obtain an RMA number, simply contact us either by phone, by FAX or by email with details of the purchase ready for approval. If a purchase is received in damaged condition, you must immediately file a claim with the freight carrier and report the same to us. All packaging materials must be saved for inspection by the carrier representatives.

Terms/Delivery

All orders, except where previously specified to the customer, will be delivered within two weeks after ELECTROLAB's confirmation of having received and accepted the order. FOB shipping point. Net 30 days terms are available to customers with approved credit. When ordering for the first time, please include trade references to speed the processing of your order.
